Yay! From now on (well after the soon to be expected public release of version 0.9.2694-1 anyway) we can use per-page wallpaper images in WinterBoard. The per-page wallpapers should be named Page#.png, with # being numbers 1 through 9. They are placed over the ‘default’ wallpaper and any widgets, but behind the dock.
Also, the letter spacing (of the application names under the icons) on SpringBoard has slightly changed. This is especially notable with long application names. Beyond a certain maximal amount of letter spacing deviation, it now adds ellipsis and starts stripping letters from the end until it fits.
We will soon post a couple of full 9-page WinterBoard themes to show off this new functionality on our Cydia repo, so keep an eye out for them!
